About CLIMBRfit
Starting again from scratch — in public.

Seven Years Later
I used to be a V5 boulderer. For a few years I was at the wall three or four times a week and didn't really think much about it. Then my kid was born in 2019 and climbing mostly stopped. Seven years on, I'm a lot weaker, a lot heavier and I have no idea what my fingers can handle anymore.
This blog is me starting again, in public whilst trying to stay anonymous. I work full time, have vaious side jobs, I have a kid and I hope to have 3 hours a week to train, so the plan has to fit around that.
What I'll Post
- //Training logs (including the bad sessions)
- //What I learn about getting back into climbing after a long break
- //Gear I've actually bought and used
- //The journey to along the way
Programming It Properly
I hold aLevel 3 Diploma in Personal Training, so I know how to programme this properly. However, knowing what to do has never been the hard part. Finding the time and not hurting myself is.
